If there's no conflict, there's no story. It's a common rule for screenwriters and novelists alike. And they're right, not only in terms of movies or books, but in terms of our life. Overcoming pain and adversity is how we transform and build character. The question isn't if you'll experience hardship in your life; it's whether you'll trust God enough to redeem your pain and use it to become the person He designed you to be.
